If someone buys through one of these providers, access to the course is automatically activated - so you can sit back and relax!
Of course, you can also manually create members and activate access to courses yourself. This gives you the freedom to sell on your own account. The fees for a payment service provider are then eliminated.

You can use our complimentary access feature. Interested parties can register via a form on your landing page. Upon registration, they will be automatically created as a member in your member area and receive access to the freebie. They will also receive their access data for the member area via e-mail at the same time.
Or you simply create the member manually via the member management and activate the corresponding access. In this case, you maintain full control.
Yes, this is possible.
You can configure the design (e.g. colors, fonts and logo) of the member area according to your wishes and upload your logo. With our Deluxe and Enterprise packages, you also have the option of linking your domain name to the member area.
Yes! With our Deluxe and Enterprise packages, you can use our Landing Page Builder 2.0. It allows you to easily create landing pages using a modular principle. There are numerous templates available for a quick and easy start. Or you can start with an empty landing page and fill it with elements and content as you like.
Yes, your members can install an app for your member area on their iPhone or Android smartphone. You can upload your own app icon and define a custom name for the app in the settings of your member area. This makes it possible to completely tailor the app to match your branding.
Yes, this is possible. You can create tests and exams (COACHY Deluxe and Enterprise packages) for the necessary learning monitoring. If your course participant passes the test, COACHY can automatically issue certificates. Our support will be happy to assist you with any further questions.
Yes, you can use the time control feature to set when specific content in your course is automatically unlocked. This allows you to guide your course participants successively through your course. Alternatively, you can manually unlock the individual chapters of the course for your course members (COACHY Deluxe and Enterprise packages). This is the perfect solution if you want to supervise your course members personally and maintain control over when content is unlocked for individual course members.
You don't necessarily need your own website. With COACHY, you can create landing and sales pages that can be used as a contact point for your prospects and customers. The member area can also be used to provide an overview of your products and services. You can configure it so prospective customers are automatically redirected to a sales page or an order form as soon as they want to take a closer look at a course - but have not yet activated full access to it.
If you already have your own website and want to continue using it as a sales platform, this is also possible. The use of COACHY's landing pages is optional.
Yes, COACHY is GDPR-compliant. All your data is stored within the EU. As a coach, you can also enter into a contract for order processing (AV agreement).
No, there is no limit. You can upload unlimited data to your member area or create members within the framework of our Fair Use Policy.
Coachy has direct interfaces to the payment providers Digistore24 and Copecart. We also have an interface to Zapier, which allows you to connect to many other well-known providers like Shopify, WooCommerce or PayPal. You can use it to create and block accounts. For email marketing, you can connect Mailchimp, Klick-Tipp, Quentn, ActiveCampaign, Brevo, GetResponse, 4leads or CleverReach to your member area. Via Zapier, other providers such as Mailerlite or CRM systems such as HubSpot can be linked to Coachy. Your contacts added in the member area can be automatically forwarded to external systems.
